Our Story

From Building Systems to Defending Them

RASED is an independent Saudi software and cybersecurity company. It did not start as a security brand — it started as the team that had to keep real production systems running safely, and then made that practice a service. In 2026, that same practice began operating in Saudi Arabia from Riyadh.

    It began with production systems

RASED Solutions, founded by Khalid Namra, builds and operates business software: ERP platforms, internal systems, data products and the infrastructure that keeps them online. That work carries an obligation most vendors never feel — when a customer's payroll run, inventory or patient records live on a system you built, security stops being a slide in a proposal and becomes an operational duty at two in the morning.

Over years of running those systems, a second discipline grew beside the engineering one: hardening servers, reviewing access, reading logs, responding to the incident that arrives without warning. Customers started asking for that capability on its own, for environments RASED Solutions had not built.

Why RASED became its own brand

Security work needs its own name, its own people and its own accountability. Mixing it into a software company's service list makes it look like an add-on, and an add-on is exactly how most organisations end up unprotected. So the practice was given a name that describes what it does: راصد — the observer, the one who keeps watching.

The engineering heritage stayed, and it is the difference you feel in the reports. Recommendations are written by people who have shipped releases and carried a pager, so they account for legacy integrations, deployment windows and the real cost of a control — not only its theoretical value.

Moving the practice to Saudi Arabia

Saudi organisations are running one of the fastest digital transformations in the region, and their regulators expect evidence, not intentions. the RASED Solutions team's Saudi presence operates at getnamra.com, and 2026 is RASED's first year delivering cybersecurity work in the Kingdom from Riyadh.

What moves across the border is method, not marketing: the same assessment scoping, the same detection engineering, the same escalation practice — adapted to Saudi frameworks and to reporting in Arabic and English, on the client's working hours.

Assessment and posture reviews scoped to what would actually stop the business.
Managed monitoring with named owners for each alert class and documented escalation.
Alignment with recognised Saudi frameworks, including national and sector regulator expectations.
Bilingual delivery: Arabic and English reporting for boards, auditors and engineers.

    What has not changed

The promise is still three words in the order they matter: Detect. Monitor. Protect. Detection first, because you cannot defend against what you never saw. Monitoring second, because detection built once and never maintained decays within months. Protection last, because it is a result, not a purchase.
