Renew or recover an expired .com

An expired domain is not lost immediately — but every day narrows the options and raises the cost. The first thing to establish is where in the cycle the name currently sits.

    Starting from

250 SAR — service fee, plus registry fees

Activation time: Same day — urgent cases within the hour
    Al Yarmuk, Riyadh

250 SAR service fee for the status check, renewal and DNS restoration. Registry restoration fees during the redemption period are charged at cost and vary by registrar — we show you the exact figure before proceeding. A name already registered by a third party has no fixed price.

Why Saudi businesses ask for this

The website goes down and, worse, the company email stops. Invoices bounce, clients assume the business closed, and nobody can log in to fix it because the notices went to an old address.

After the grace period the name enters redemption, where the registry charges a restoration fee far above the yearly price. After that it is released or auctioned.

Dropped names with traffic are caught within seconds by automated services, then offered back at a multiple of what renewal would have cost.

    What is included

    • Immediate status check: active, grace period, redemption, pending delete or taken
    • Renewal or restoration executed as fast as the registry allows
    • Emergency email restoration so company mail flows again first
    • DNS rebuild if records were wiped during the outage
    • Recovery attempt when the name was already taken — backorder or negotiation
    • Ownership cleanup: account moved to a company email you control
    • Auto-renew, registrar lock and a renewal calendar for every name you own

    How it works

    1. Name check

We check availability across .com, .sa, .com.sa and the close variants, and tell you which ones are worth protecting.

    2. Registration in your name

The domain is registered under your company or your commercial registration — you are the owner on record, not us.

    3. Email and DNS setup

Mailboxes, DNS records, SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured so your mail lands in the inbox and nobody can spoof your name.

    4. Handover and renewal watch

You receive the account credentials, a written record of every setting, and a renewal reminder before expiry.

    Frequently asked questions

My domain expired yesterday — can I still get it back?

Almost certainly yes. Most .com names stay in a grace period of around thirty days where a normal renewal restores everything. Contact us the same day and it is usually a simple fix.

    What is the redemption period?

The stage after the grace period, usually about thirty more days, where the name can still be restored but the registry charges a restoration fee much higher than the annual price.

Someone else registered my old name — what now?

We check whether it is parked for resale and negotiate anonymously, and we review whether you hold a registered trademark that gives you a formal claim. Neither route is guaranteed, and we say so before you spend anything.

Will my email work again after renewal?

Yes, once the name resolves again and the MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are back in place. Messages sent during the outage are mostly lost, so we restore mail routing first.

How do I make sure this never happens again?

Auto-renew on, a valid payment card, the registrar account on a company email that will outlive any employee, and a yearly reminder from us before expiry.
