Domains & business email

Business email on your own domain

An email address that ends in your own domain is the cheapest credibility a Saudi business can buy. We create the mailboxes, configure every device, secure the domain against spoofing and train the team in one session.

    Starting from

    350 SAR — one-time setup

Activation time: Same working day for small teams
    Al Yarmuk, Riyadh

350 SAR covers setup for up to five mailboxes, including migration and security records. Larger teams are quoted per mailbox. The provider licence — Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 — is billed by the provider at its own rate.

    Check your name now

Free, instant and unlimited. You only pay when you ask us to register the name.

    Live the same working day

Small teams send and receive from their new company addresses before the end of the day, with no gap in incoming mail.

Nothing is lost in the move

Old mail, contacts and calendars are migrated first, then the records are switched. The team keeps working while it happens.

    Protected against impersonation

SPF, DKIM and DMARC are part of the setup, not an upsell — because invoice fraud in the Gulf starts with a spoofed company address.

    The company owns the mailboxes

Admin access is registered to the company. When an employee leaves you keep the mailbox, forward it and hand it to the replacement in minutes.

    Quick answers

How do I create an email with my company name?

You need a domain (from SAR 59 a year) and a mailbox licence on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. We register or use your existing domain, create name@yourcompany.com for every employee, migrate old mail, configure phones and laptops, and add SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Setup is SAR 350 for up to five mailboxes and is usually done the same working day.

How much does business email cost in Saudi Arabia?

Two figures: our one-time setup from SAR 350, and the mailbox licence billed by Google or Microsoft per user per month. A small team is usually live for under SAR 1,000 in the first month, including the domain.

Can I keep my old messages?

Yes. We migrate existing mail, contacts and calendars into the new mailboxes before switching the records, so nothing is lost and the team keeps working during the move.

Why not just use Gmail or Hotmail?

Because a free address is owned by the employee, not the company. When they leave, the client history leaves too. It also fails procurement checks with government bodies and large corporates, and it cannot be protected with DMARC against someone sending invoices in your name.

Why Saudi businesses ask for this

Quotes sent from a personal Gmail address lose deals with government bodies and large companies before they are read.

When a staff member leaves with a personal address, the client history leaves with them.

Without SPF, DKIM and DMARC your invoices land in spam — or worse, a fraudster sends invoices in your name.

What a company address actually changes

A buyer reading a quotation makes a judgement before the first line: an address ending in your own domain says the company exists, has a system and will still be reachable next year. A free address says the opposite, however good the offer inside is.

Internally the difference is control. Mailboxes belong to the company, conversations stay when people move on, and a departing employee is removed from every system in one action instead of being politely asked to forward things.

How the migration runs, step by step

First we list every address in use today, including the ones printed on invoices and vehicle stickers, so nothing is switched off by accident. Then we create the new mailboxes and copy the old mail into them while the old system still runs.

Only then do we change the MX records, add SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and set forwarding from the old addresses for a transition period. Phones and laptops are configured in the same visit, and every user gets their password reset and two-step verification enabled.

We close with a written handover: the admin login, the DNS records as they now stand, the mailbox list and the licence renewal date. Anything that needs changing later takes one WhatsApp message.

Invoice fraud: the reason we insist on DMARC

The most expensive email incident we see in the Gulf is not a hacked mailbox. It is a supplier or a client receiving a perfectly normal invoice from an address that looks like yours, with a different bank account on it.

SPF, DKIM and a DMARC policy set to enforcement make that message fail before it reaches anyone. We configure them as part of the setup, verify them against the real sending systems, and show you the reports so you can see attempts as they happen.

    How it works

    1. Name check

We check availability across .com, .sa, .com.sa and the close variants, and tell you which ones are worth protecting.

    2. Registration in your name

The domain is registered under your company or your commercial registration — you are the owner on record, not us.

    3. Email and DNS setup

Mailboxes, DNS records, SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured so your mail lands in the inbox and nobody can spoof your name.

    4. Handover and renewal watch

You receive the account credentials, a written record of every setting, and a renewal reminder before expiry.

    Frequently asked questions

Do I need to buy a hosting plan to get company email?

No. Email can run on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 independently of where the website is hosted. We usually recommend separating them.

Will I lose my old messages?

No. We migrate existing mail, contacts and calendars into the new mailboxes before switching the records over.

How many addresses does a small company need?

One per employee plus two or three shared addresses. Shared addresses cost nothing extra on most plans and keep client history with the company.

Can we keep using WhatsApp for clients as well?

Of course — but contracts, quotes and invoices belong in email, where there is a searchable record the company owns.

What stops someone sending email in our name?

A correctly published SPF, DKIM and DMARC policy. We set it to monitoring first, then enforce rejection once legitimate senders are verified.
