Email protection: SPF, DKIM and DMARC

Invoice fraud in the Gulf almost always starts with a spoofed or lookalike email address. Publishing and enforcing the three authentication records is the cheapest control a company can apply, and most Saudi domains still have it half configured.

    Starting from

    1,200 SAR — one-time

Activation time: Records in 1 day, enforcement after 30 days
    Al Yarmuk, Riyadh

1,200 SAR covers a single domain from inventory to enforced policy, including the 30-day monitoring window. Multiple domains and ongoing monitoring are quoted per domain.

Why Saudi businesses ask for this

A supplier receives an email that looks like yours with different bank details, and the payment is gone before anyone calls to check.

Legitimate campaigns and quotes land in spam because the sending platform was never authorised in the domain records.

    What is included

    • Inventory of every system that sends mail as your domain
    • SPF, DKIM and DMARC published correctly
    • DMARC reports collected and read for 30 days
    • Move from monitoring to quarantine and then reject
    • Lookalike domain watch and takedown guidance

    How it works

    1. Name check

We check availability across .com, .sa, .com.sa and the close variants, and tell you which ones are worth protecting.

    2. Registration in your name

The domain is registered under your company or your commercial registration — you are the owner on record, not us.

    3. Email and DNS setup

Mailboxes, DNS records, SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured so your mail lands in the inbox and nobody can spoof your name.

    4. Handover and renewal watch

You receive the account credentials, a written record of every setting, and a renewal reminder before expiry.

    Frequently asked questions

Why wait 30 days before enforcing DMARC?

Because enforcing early blocks your own systems. The monitoring window reveals every legitimate sender — accounting software, CRM, newsletters — so nothing breaks when the policy turns on.

    Does this stop all phishing?

It stops attackers using your exact domain. Lookalike domains still need monitoring and staff awareness, which we cover separately.

We do not send marketing email. Do we still need it?

Yes. The risk is not what you send — it is what someone else sends while pretending to be you.
